This is a Rare Vintage 1970s Velva Sheen Hooded Sweatshirt. It's made of a soft Cotton - Polyester blend in Gray and Navy Blue with a Letter Graphic on the front, and a full hood. The Size is a Small (the Length is a Small but the other measurements are a Large), its made of a soft Cotton - Polyester blend, the Color is Gray and Navy Blue, and it's by the Brand Velva Sheen.
