This is a Rare Vintage 1990s Russell Athletic Hip Hop Rave Skate Crewneck Sweatshirt. It's made of soft Cotton - Polyester blend in Navy Blue with a Russell Athletic tag on the bottom of the sweatshirt. The Size is a Large - X-Large (the Length is a Large but the other measurements are an XL), it's made of a soft Cotton - Polyester blend, the Color is Navy Blue, and it's by the Brand Russell Athletic. It's in excellent condition besides for some small marks on the sleeve and a stain on the back of the sweatshirt, but besides for that it's in really great shape.
