The contemporary piece is made in Italy using a blend of resin-coated nylon and polyester which, as is typical of both parent and diffusion label, is garment dyed to give subtle fade to textile areas. What’s more, it’s fitted with an interior harness — adhering to the diffusion line’s utilitarian identity — and comes finished, as you’d expect, with an all-black compass patch at one arm. This product has undergone a garment dyeing process.
