For its new ties/face masks + pocket square project, Dolce&Gabbana is seeking to meet the mandatory and indisputable need to wear a protective face mask, yet in an utterly personal and unique way. Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have decided to create a men’s project using our iconic fabrics, such as those with polka dots, micro-tie prints, and tonal jacquard tapestry designs, that can be mixed and matched in special ways to create a face mask ensemble to cover the protective mask, which can also be used as a pocket square to match the tie. This is an idea designed to help us return to our everyday lives and to put our own personal touch on our style, yet with the proper precautions, all in the spirit of Dolce&Gabbana.
