The custom-designed headband base it's perched upon is designed to disappear in the hair, allowing the details to shine. Material The Gracen Voilette is made in New York from French nylon veiling and silk-velvet ribbon. We recommend storing headbands in their dust bag while not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used only before placement in the hair.
