For retailers, you can find their return policies by visiting the customer care section on its website. For individual sellers, it's usually listed in their listing description. Please contact the retailer or seller directly if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

In the case where your purchase is not returnable, you can always list the item on our Marketplace, which is free and easy, to find it another home.
